How to inflate:

1. Unzip the compartments at the hood and side seam
2. Twist the mouthpiece open (counterclockwise)
3. Blow into the valve until it feels right
4. Twist clockwise to seal

How to deflate:

1. Unzip the compartments at the hood and side seam
2. Open the valve and press to release the air
3. Once flat, reseal the valve and zip the compartments
